About Cebro Frozen Foods The Company

Cebro Frozen Foods was founded in 1993. We are a bulk supplier of Organic, Kosher, and Conventional IQF Vegetables to the Industrial and Food Service Industry. Our primary products are: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, and Zucchini. (Visit our Technical Information section for product specifications for 2008). We produce a mix of California Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winger crops, that allow us to process twelve months a year. 100% of our primary products are grown within a 10 mile radius of the plant. This close proximity to our Raw Product, gives us the ability to minimize the time between harvest and processing. Our plant is a straight line operation with an average processing time of twenty minutes from receiving to freezing.

Cebro is grower owned, giving us direct control over our products and agricultural practices. Cerutti Bros. has been involved in California Agriculture since 1912. They farm about 6,000 acres, utilizing only the best seed varieties.
